Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing 365 Dropship — including browsing this website, creating an account, or integrating a storefront — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Platform Scope
365 Dropship provides a dropshipping platform connecting ecommerce operators to verified product suppliers. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed; we curate supplier relationships and facilitate fulfillment. Product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and shipping SLAs are maintained through our vetting process, but ultimate responsibility for each shipment rests with the originating supplier.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for compliance with the laws of the countries you ship to — including consumer protection, product safety, tax collection, and VAT remittance. 365 Dropship does not act as the merchant of record on your behalf.
Content & Editorial
Articles published on this site are original reporting and commentary. Content may be quoted with attribution under fair use, but wholesale republication without permission is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All original content (articles, images, branding) is © 365 Dropship unless otherwise noted. Product images and descriptions in the catalog are supplied and licensed by the originating supplier for use in operator storefronts.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about supplier uptime, delivery times, or product performance beyond what is explicitly stated in our SLAs. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
