Information We Collect
365 Dropship collects data necessary to operate our ecommerce platform and provide services to our customers. This includes account information (name, email, company, storefront URL), store integration data (API keys, product mappings, order records), and standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser types, referring pages).
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the dropshipping platform, provide customer support, process payments, facilitate supplier fulfillment, improve our services, and communicate platform updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Integrations & Third Parties
When you connect a storefront (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce), product and order data flows between 365 Dropship and the connected platform strictly to fulfill orders. Suppliers receive only the data needed to fulfill and ship — customer addresses and order contents. Our payment processor (Stripe) handles payment data per their policies; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner at the bottom of your screen.
Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. On deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for 7 years).
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through our contact form. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
